I was not impressed at all with the service department I waited over two hours for a simple oil change. I will most likely look for another dealer for service in the future. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told service would be approximately an hour. I was there 2.5 hours. My afternoon was completely ruined and i had to cancel a 3pm appointment set fir the s service would be approximately an hour. I was there 2.5 hours.
