Great customer service. Andrew was excellent. He kept me informed regularly regarding the progress of my service work. Also, when I questioned why a particular part was needed, he sent me a picture of it on informed regularly regarding the progress of my service work. Carriage Kia I do not trust to tell what is wrong with my car. They pay their techs based off commission is why and I have got a second opinion on my can before and found out they lied about what was wrong w car.
