VERY disappointed with the service that Andrew provided. Main issue was brake lights not working. He continued to go on about my window switched after I told him it wasn’t needed ASAP. He then told me my battery was “reading very low” and “would probably” be the reason the lights weren’t working. Battery was proven to be working 100%. When I was leaving the lot, the brakes were still not working so he told me to put the bulbs I had bought in.. When asking for a manager, I was giving attitude and laughed at for Kia bulbs to be put in. No manger was informed while one the property. 4PM. Left with scratches on bottom bumper from Andrew resting the lights on the bumper... awful dealership More
