From the day I bought my car at this dealership I trusted that taking it back for monthly maintenance here was the wise choice as they would honestly do right by their loyal customers. After almost 9 years o that taking it back for monthly maintenance here was the wise choice as they would honestly do right by their loyal customers. After almost 9 years of my business they have recently disappointed me greatly in overcharging for servicing my vehicle for it's very first issue. I always choose Alex as rep and as always he was unbelievably nice. He’s the ONLY good thing about this interaction! As far as the actual dealership goes.....My check engine light came on so I had Kia run diagnostic (turns out they charge $112!!!!!). You can get a FREE diagnostic at Autozone! OR could buy a code reader for $45!!...then was advised that I needed parts for my car which cost over $300! At an auto parts store I can purchase them for exactly 1/2 that price! The supposed “manual labor” cost rounding the total cost $600! Highway robbery! After buying my parts at the auto store and then picking up my car I drove across the street and a family member put the parts in for me in no less than 3 minutes and said there was no way it should have been such a high cost! So disappointed as I hoped to continue taking my car there but never again. I will not continue to be swindled this way More

Chris was very helpful and kind . I noticed there still an air bag light on they were suppose to fix. Andrew went above and beyond to help me out on fixing my car. He kept me informed with information about my car and what needed to be fixed to get my car running at it's best. My vehicle is running better t car. He kept me informed with information about my car and what needed to be fixed to get my car running at it's best. My vehicle is running better than ever and I couldnt have did it without Andrew. He even told me about future service needed for when I reach 100,000 miles on my vehicle. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any future needs all because of Andrew! I am very grateful for him. Thanks again Andrew! More
Will NOT ever return to this KIA dealership! Our experience was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any service department! No one would even explain or take the time to listen to the issue experience was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any service department! Andrew Jeremy Aycock was polite, knowledgeable, he made sure I knew what was going to be done to my car and approx time frame. Showed me to the customer lounge which was very clean. My car was return i sure I knew what was going to be done to my car and approx time frame. Showed me to the customer lounge which was very clean. I was very unimpressed with the way the service went on my Kia. The Mechanic guy they had working on my Kia obviously didn't care about his job or my car it was like he was just there to be there. He lied about doing everything that was supposed to be done on the multi point inspection of my vehicle. When I called him out on it, and spoke with a manager,it didn't make me feel any better to know that because of their mechanics laziness all I had to pay was for the part not the labor. It was a simple headlight!! Then he didn't fix the break light either. If he checked it like he said he would of noticed a shortage in the break wire. And on,top of it all I had to wait over 2 hours and I didn't even finish everything they were supposed to do . But I got tired of waiting on a lazy mechanic to do what he's paid to do . so needless to say Im not happy at all with my service. More
