They replaced my transmission, then after one year, the flexplate broke due to it being torqued incorrectly from the transmission install. They refused to admit wrongdoing and charged over $1200 for the re flexplate broke due to it being torqued incorrectly from the transmission install. Dealership bought out lease on 2020 RAM.Dealer owes me a check for $10000! has had title for 9days,was told check was enroute and would be overnighted ! Never showed as expected? Easy experience getting my car itself. When it came to them “detailing” the car, that is where I was very upset. There was a lot of sticky parts in the car still, it was still a bit dirty, there was parts them “detailing” the car, that is where I was very upset. There was food hidden in the seats and a straw and a mask in the car. Underneath the spare tire it was soaked and the tire touching the wet surface had a lot of water on it. The service for getting the car was pretty good, but whoever “details” the cars should be fired. More
