My wife and I purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander XLE from Jim White Toyota, and we worked with Alli throughout the process. She was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was extremely helpful, and honestly, all I had to do was tell her what we were looking for—Alli took care of the rest. When it came time to purchase, she walked us through everything step by step and made sure we understood the entire process. In the end, everything went exactly as described. We got the price we wanted and a great interest rate. Alli even took the time to walk us through all the technology in the vehicle so we felt comfortable before driving off the lot.
