My experience purchasing my 2019 GMC was awesome! I appreciated the constant communication from Jason Harald and Tony Smith after I expressed interest in the truck. Tony was out of the office, but st I appreciated the constant communication from Jason Harald and Tony Smith after I expressed interest in the truck. Tony was out of the office, but still graciously answered all of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Jason did a fantastic job of making sure I was taken care of from the time I arrived on the lot till the moment I drove off in my new truck. When I arrived, the truck was thoroughly cleaned and in front of the store ready to be test driven. This saved time! I really appreciated that my time was respected in terms of not taking so long for the buying process. I had an obligation to get to that afternoon, and I did not have 4-6 hours to give up to purchase the truck. Thanks to the buying team, I was in and out in under 2 hours. To top it off, I received a phone call from Jason yesterday just to check on how things were going. This extra step shows you guys really care. Great job! More

My review is related to JB's Customer Service . . . I have a brand new Chevy Tahoe with less than 11k miles, and the "lifters" went bad the day before I was scheduled to take three high school boys to Fl have a brand new Chevy Tahoe with less than 11k miles, and the "lifters" went bad the day before I was scheduled to take three high school boys to Florida. They explained that I would be without my car for at least a week. Chevy originally was going to give me an economy car as my rental. Teah at Jimmy Britt could see the frustration building due to the fact that I was not going to have a car as big as the car I owned to take the boys. She stepped in and saved me - she and the manager, Chuck, helped me secure a larger vehicle and assured me that Chevy would reimburse me for my costs (yes, I did have to come out of pocket for the rental, but that was out of their control). They even had a driver take me to pick up the rental, which was over an hour away. Teah stepped into a situation that really had nothing to do with her, and she was willing to find a solution. Because of her customer service, Jimmy Britt will have my business from now on. More

I am disappointed in the first service I did at Jimmy Britt which came recommendation by one of your current customers. I was told that there was a noisy belt that may need to be replaced at a next service. I would have expected a service call during the day that it was recommended to change the belt. Now It has to be scheduled to do it at another service date. When I arrived at 4:50pm I was told the car was not ready which is unacceptable for a vehicle scheduled for a 9am service? What If I wanted to wait for the service at the dealer? I only got the car back at 5:30 after the 5pm closing time. Not good service. Was the service put off to the bottom of the list because it is not a Chevrolet product? I only put 2 starts because the service guy was friendly. More
