I was charged over $1100 for an applied 'clear ceramic coat' on my vehicle interior and exterior, yet I never saw evidence of this happening, either the day I test drove the Cherokee or the day I picked i coat' on my vehicle interior and exterior, yet I never saw evidence of this happening, either the day I test drove the Cherokee or the day I picked it up. That's a LOT of money for a retiree. I am wondering when this 'protective clear coat' was applied to the exterior. While I noted that the interior had been 'detailed' ( there was evidence of a dripping cleaning solution on the side of the driver's seat, when it was raised to its highest setting) There was no evidence of any 'coating' on any interior element. Jimmy Britt, and it's sales person, acted as if this exterior and interior application was 'automatic' and should simply be taken for granted. I don't feel the same. On a second matter I specifically asked if, when preparing a used car for sale, JBritt attached a diagnostic device to check for any irregularities or issues, and I was assured that it had been done. But, on the day I went to purchase the car, I was then told that 'a check engine light ' appeared upon the shop starting the vehicle and that the shop would have to replace the indicated item and that I would need to return the next day to get the car. ( from an hour away) This event certainly did not make me feel assured that JBritt had, indeed made SURE that this used car was 100 % cleared to resell. And, every time I start the Cherokee, I wonder if a check engine light will appear. It's a worrysome thing for a 75+ driver. :-( More

Brian was my salesman and he worked with me and checked on me after the purchase and made sure everything was taken care of. I did everything over the phone and text because I live out of town. They also delivered the truck. It was delivered with a badly scuffed tire. Either from delivery at the dealership or a test drive. I called them and told them about it and they agreed to replace the tire no charge. There was a slight issue and miscommunication with the service department not knowing the tire was gonna be replaced for free but Brian also straightened that issue out for me as well. If you’re looking for a vehicle check them out and ask for Brian. More

Slow on timing told me I would be there for at least hour and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. After it was done it was just sitting outside as in i and a half, ended up being there for 4 hours. After I told the person I had business to handle. Not to mention this was for something that they told me that was already done the day after the vehicle was on their lot for four days after purchase. So if you have something to do 10/10 wouldn’t recommend going to jimmy britt before handling it. More
