I always take my Cadillac here since I got it & have always been treated nice until this time I guess she’s a new lady & not very friendly. From the time I made my appointment she was very rude & my car always been treated nice until this time I guess she’s a new lady & not very friendly. From the time I made my appointment she was very rude & my car was supposed to be cleaned but it was not clean by the time I picked it up. Also a multi point inspection was supposed to be done with my oil change & it wasn’t. Just not very impressed this time at all. May be looking for another place to take my car from now on if they are going to treat customers like that. More
