I would recommend them but you have to stay on top of the service department as there communication for updates on the vehicle status is lacking a lot. Service never called me with an update on my vehicle an service department as there communication for updates on the vehicle status is lacking a lot. Service never called me with an update on my vehicle and after 2 days I called to get updated. said he would call me back that day but never did. So I called him again the next day. Did let him know that his communication is lacking on keeping me updated on the issue with my vehicle. More
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Joe Cooper Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for the unauthorized release of my vehicle to a salvage yard tow truck without my permission or complaint against Joe Cooper Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for the unauthorized release of my vehicle to a salvage yard tow truck without my permission or consent. The vehicle involved is my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU, which was in the custody of Joe Cooper Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at the time of the incident. Without notifying me or obtaining my authorization, the dealership released my vehicle to a tow truck affiliated with a salvage yard. I did not sign any documentation, give verbal approval, or otherwise consent to my vehicle being released, transferred, or towed in this manner.Releasing my vehicle CAUSED AN ESTIMATED $8,000 in additional damage to my vehicle after it was towed. This action caused me significant concern and distress, as the dealership was entrusted with my vehicle and had a responsibility to safeguard it and act only with my explicit authorization. Releasing a customer’s vehicle without consent appears to be a serious breach of professional standards and may violate applicable Oklahoma laws and regulations. I am willing to provide additional documentation, timelines, or statements to assist in your review. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Michael Premo More
