MIchael, after speaking with store management and our corporate team, this is a matter between yourself and your insurance company. Cooper Auto Group had no voice in this matter.

I respectfully ask Joe Cooper CJDR in Shawnee, OK to produce ANY evidence, physical or digital, that they had my permission to release the vehicle. I also politely ask them if they could legally release the vehicle without my permission. Don, the service representative who released the vehicle (identified only in an Oklahoma Insurance Investigation into the matter) has already advised me TWICE that he has received no training covering the circumstances allowing him to legally release a vehicle from his own Service Department without the owner's consent. Jeff, the Service Manager, has failed on multiple occasions to state or produce a policy governing the same. Jason, the General Manager, simply referred me to the dealership's legal representation when I alerted him to the situation and would not continue the conversation. He said, "If I worked for you, you would want me to do the same". Actually...if you worked for me, I would prefer you to call me directly so I could make the situation right with the customer. IN MY OPINION, THIS SHOULD TELL THE AVERAGE CONSUMER EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CULTURE AND ETHIC OF THIS DEALERSHIP. They simply cannot produce this evidence because THE DEALERSHIP NEVER OBTAINED MY PERMISSION TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE! I am very much open to continuing correspondence by anyone representing the dealerahip and ask only that you identify yourself. Please also, advise me of the tow company you allowed to possess my vehicle without permission as it is my belief you do not even know. I want everyone who uses your website to know what happened to MY property could very much happen to THEIRS.
