Tech never called to let me know car was ready. Went after work. Shop closed. Car locked up. Was stranded on Harrison with no ride home. Next day did admit forgot to call me. Leaving some ones mother & wife stranded with no transportation & who lives in rural area is not cool. I had to wait an hour for family to come pick me up but did make it home safe 730 pm at night. clerks in store have nothing to do with maintenance department, was told happens all the time.. More

Arrived on time for 11:30 oil change, left @12:30 because my Gladiator had not moved from where i had parked it and i was told it would be "a couple hrs" before you could get to it. I appreciate Joe Cooper Jeep Service Department. I won’t let any other dealership work on my Jeep. I have paid to have it towed over 60 miles, because of the care. Got an oil change, and tires rotated. it took 2hrs, and the tire press was never checked. I took it with all 4 tires reading 34/35. The tires should be at 40.
