Fantastic service and communication. Had an issue I needed looked at quickly, they were able to work me in same afternoon, got the car up to take a look at it, and since the needed repair was minor (20 needed looked at quickly, they were able to work me in same afternoon, got the car up to take a look at it, and since the needed repair was minor (2018 Honda still under warranty fwiw, but repair was from a road hazard) they didn't charge me anything for it (and threw in a car wash to boot). Jordan Hernandez.... Was amazing and well committed to getting these issues revolved. In fact he was the only services members that listen to me and allow me to fully express and explain what was going on getting these issues revolved.
