Had a recall scheduled and was told it would take a day to complete.They gave us a vehicle to drive that was extremely hard for my wife to get in and out.They loaner had mechanical issues also.The dealersh to complete.They gave us a vehicle to drive that was extremely hard for my wife to get in and out.They loaner had mechanical issues also.The dealership kept my van two days not counting Sunday to complete the recall.Also I had to clean dirty spots from sun visors and headliner.Very disappointed with this encounter. To explain my recent experience I got in contact with the manager Damien Axe. I had an issue with my truck and it needed to be serviced.. I even heard of how everyone in the dealership were involved in getting the problem resolved. That speaks very highly of everyone that works at John Heister of Sanford. The staff here is awesome! I can't say enough on how much they assisted me with my car's warranty. The communication from the service staff is top notch! You never have to wonder what the status is of your car. They always have you covered! I asked for oil change and tire rotation and they only did the oil change. I also asked for tire install quote and they didn’t do that and didn’t acknowledge why it wasn’t done. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in the stack of paperwork until I left. Also my jeep was ready and no one told me though they knew I was waiting in th lobby. I waited over a hour unnecessarily. They called me to say it was ready bough they knew I was in the lobby waiting. More
