Was initially scheduled for a 1 to 1. 5 hour service with the Wagoneer program. After 3 hours I was still waiting with no notification when my vehicle would be finished. I had to ask twice 5 hour service with the Wagoneer program. After 3 hours I was still waiting with no notification when my vehicle would be finished. I had to ask twice for an update, the second time they finally gave me my keys. Upon inspection of their service I found that they did not fill with fuel as there are supposed to h def the Wagoneer program and did a horrible job of cleaning the vehicle. More

Horrible attitude with the people there. You make an appointment means nothing to them cause me to miss important appointments I had.
