Bought my Ram 1500 a yr ago. Haven't had any problems with it. Went back on November 30th or 31st of 24. Supposed to be a certified per owned Gladiator. Went out that afternoon to eat and turned the lights on and the would go right back off. Took it back and they said that's not the headlight that came in it. They were LED'S. So they put the none led lights in it and they worked. Then after leaving the lights would come on and off by its self. They just got it fixed. Their is no way this Gladiator went through all the inspections to be a certified pre owned. I believe they just put it up there to get more money. I'm not a happy costumer and won't be doing business with them anymore. Beware if you are getting a so called certified pre owned from there More

Bought a 2019 Ram Limited. Beautiful Truck. I got a little upset or disappointed with the Sales Manager. Once they received the wire transfer from my Credit Union (which they t Beautiful Truck. Well once I signed all the paperwork and the deal,( He had a stack of coolers in his office), I asked him if my truck came with one of those coolers his reply was (NO, because I didn't buy an extended warranty from him.) Ain't that a xxxxx. My Credit Union provided gap insurance and an extended warranty, If I had seen those coolers while I was dealing with the Salesman Tom Barker (who was nice to deal with) before the wire transfer and signing on the dotted line and that guy said that to me, Tom would have lost a sale. Since 2007 I have bought 2 trucks and 1 car from this dealer before this purchase, but because of my truck not coming with a cooler it will be my last. More
