My husband and I bought a jeep wagoneer from this place and they sold it to us with an active gas leak that we could smell within one hour of parking it in our garage after bringing it home. Our entire living room smelled like gas the smell was so strong. We called the dealership and they told us to bring it the next day. I sat there for two hours for them to tell me they don’t smell the gas and it must be the twin turbos on the car (which we know is not correct information - twin turbos do not smell like gas). We got it back and could immediately smell the gas smell and knew something was wrong. We took the car back in on Sunday to be tinted, and asked for them to again, look at the car for a gas leak, and it was then that they told us it made their entire garage smell like gas and they took us seriously. They call us the next day and tell us they found the leak. So at this point, the gas leak has been missed on two separate inspections (if they even did an inspection before listing the car on the market). I was told by their service manager, Jerrod, that they apologize and “people make mistakes” but we didn’t have to pay for the fix because ‘the car was under warranty’. As if I would’ve paid for their mess up on my BRAND NEW CAR. I called multiple times to talk to upper management and was told on 5 different occasions that someone would call me back and they never did. When we got the car back after being fixed, it was dirty on the inside and outside, and had a half tank of gas. Mind you, we had this car for three days before we dropped it off so it should’ve had a full tank of gas and the LEAST they could’ve done was run it through the car wash. This was the nicest and most expensive vehicle my husband and I have ever bought and this location completely ruined our experience. GO ELSEWHERE!!! More
