Heath is an excellent sales person who was adaptable and helpful as we worked towards identifying our “needs,” which changed as we test drove cars. Taylor, the manager, was excellent and Courtney in financ helpful as we worked towards identifying our “needs,” which changed as we test drove cars. Taylor, the manager, was excellent and Courtney in financing were awesome to work with. You can tell they all love their jobs and selling cars (which is not the feeling we got at another car dealership we went to). I highly recommend this group! More

I find it extremely unprofessional that your dealership would push a car sale knowing the car is a lemon! The check engine light come on shortly after I got back into Columbus the day I bought the car. Has would push a car sale knowing the car is a lemon! If I knew this is the way you treat your customers I would've never bought the car. More

This Ford dealership is an hour away from my home, but it was worth the drive. It was time to get some new used wheels, so I traded in a 2009 Kia Rondo for a 2019 Ford Escape S. My trade-in offer was fair an was worth the drive. It was time to get some new used wheels, so I traded in a 2009 Kia Rondo for a 2019 Ford Escape S. My trade-in offer was fair and so was the price I got for my new Ford certified car. Toni (sales) was professional and helpful. The test drive route was about as comprehensive as they can get, with a little "city," country and highway driving, plus going over railroad tracks. I'm looking forward to many good years driving my certified used Escape! More

Just picked up my 2023 super duty and could not be more excited. What made the whole experience even better was working with this dealer. From the time I ordered my truck to the pick up day, I felt like I excited. What made the whole experience even better was working with this dealer. From the time I ordered my truck to the pick up day, I felt like I was top priority for them. They kept me informed of the status of my truck and went out of their way to find a way to expedite the delivery process. Once pick up day finally arrived, they made sure that my experience at the dealership went smoothly. After doing all the paperwork and got the keys I was introduced to different members of the John Hinderer Ford team.
