Dear John Holt, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ that I bought from your dealership several months ago. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle ex dissatisfaction with the 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ that I bought from your dealership several months ago. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle experienced a significant transmission failure that required a complete replacement, along with additional repairs handled by your service department to get all repaired it was a total of 18 thousand dollars. Given these early and serious issues, I have reason to believe the vehicle could be classified as a lemon. The trade-in offer of $1,000 that was extended to me by your appraisal manager is deeply disappointing and does not fairly reflect the repairs and hardships I have faced. This proposal falls short of representing the true value and condition of the vehicle. More
