My Review of John Hubler Nissan:
I went to John Hubler Nissan to have my Armada repaired for damage to a sunroof shade. They told me it would take 2-1/2 hours maximum. I arrived for my appointment at 8 am. When I went out to look at the car in the service bay at 11:15 am, it was still in many pieces. I was then informed it would take an additional 2 hours. At this time I informed them I had a client meeting at 5 pm in a town located in about an hours drive, and I needed my car to get to that meeting....since the original time frame was 2-1/2 hours, it never occurred to me that I could be late for that meeting. They offered to try to get my a rental car, or I could wait the 2 hours. Since I live in Indianapolis, I told them I would wait, but if it was going to take more than that, I would take the rental. I was assured 2 hours would not be a problem. After I walked to get my lunch...(as nobody offered to help me get somewhere for lunch), I went out at 2 pm to pick up my car...after all, that was 2 hours and 45 minutes from the "2 hours would not be a problem". Again, the car was not close to be completed. I then told them they should have talked to me since they were not going to make it, and get me a rental car. Then I was told it would take 90 minutes to get the rental car. I told them to get it. Then at 4:10 pm I found out they never tried to get the car and were just trying to finish my car instead....they assured I would be done by 4:30. I finally drove out by 5:45. Missed my client meeting and angered my wife. What is ludicrous about the whole thing is that Roger kept assuring me they were "doing all they could". Nobody cared about my client meeting, nobody kept me informed and nobody owned up to the issue. Steve, the service manager, avoided me like the plague when he found out they blew the time....good customer relations there guys! Stay away from this place!
