Outstanding customer service; Mike offered to pick my vehicle up for a recall repair and return it to me. Very much appreciate his going above and beyond!He was very good to work with when we bought the vehicle up for a recall repair and return it to me. Very much appreciate his going above and beyond!He was very good to work with when we bought the Traverse as well. We got what we wanted and then some. He kept us informed as the vehicle had to be driven from elsewhere in the state before we could pick it up. More

We have been very happy with John Jones GM City. We bought a truck and car in 2007. Our salesman (Rick Roll) was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. Monte Ball came to my wife's rescue and mine in return. She was on her way to the airport to pick me up and stopped to get gas. When she got ready to leave, my Trailblazer wouldn't turn over. She ended up calling service and spoke with Monte who sent a driver with a jump box. After my vehicle still wouldn't start, the driver gave my wife a ride back to the dealer where they had a rental car ready to go since Monte knew I would be landing any minute. They towed my vehicle in and got it fixed,and my wife was just a little late in picking me up. Monte & the service team saved the day! More
MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO JOHN JONES FOR AN OIL CHANGE; AFTER IT WAS SERVICED IT BEGAN LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVE-WAY; I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE SO I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT ABOUT BRINGING IT IT WAS SERVICED IT BEGAN LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVE-WAY; I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE SO I SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT ABOUT BRINGING IT BACK IN AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAR IN ABOUT 15-20MIN. THIS NEVER MATERIALIZED; I AGAIN CALLED (1 WEEK LATER) THE SERVICE REP SAID THEY FORGOT BUT WOULD ABLE TO CHECK THIS TODAY AND WOULD PICK THE VEHICLE UP(AN 01 CHEVY) TO FIND OUT WHY IT HAD BEEN LEAKING SINCE BEING SERVICED(i live very close by) THAT WAS A WEEK AGO AND I"M STILL WAITING. I"M SURE IT IS EITHER AN OIL PLUG PUT IN WRONG OR A FILTER THAT WAS NOT SCREWED ON RIGHT; SIMPLE ENOUGH TO FIX, IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN JONES HAS BEEN GOOD AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL CARS FROM THEM; THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM. More
Dennis is the Service Manager for John Jones, he is rude, talks down to you and very unprofessional. I purchased my truck at John Jones but I will get it serviced at Gilstrap.
