Rachel, based on the phone conversation you had with our General Manager, it appears there is nothing we can do. We addressed your review with your salesperson Rob and Sales Manager, Steve; however, both are confused about why you came away feeling disrespected. We understand your frustration when we could not agree to the deal you were hoping for, but we do not know how either Rob or Steve was disrespectful. Rob, your salesperson, has never had an issue like this. In fact, you’ll see multiple 5-star reviews with his name below. We have many, many female customers that give us wonderful reviews. Most of our buying customers are female. We honestly would not stay in the Subaru business if we conducted ourselves with female buyers in the manner you suggested. Again, we are sorry we did not provide the experience and price you hoped for.

Christopher, we apologize for the length of time your repair has taken. The Collision Center did not have the request for the dent removal like we thought they did. We agree we could have done a better job following up with them and keeping them on schedule. Then we had more time added to this issue because the outside vendor we use for the windshield replacement was closed for vacation last week. We are getting in contact with them today to inform them of the broken windshield. This vendor guarantees the repairs they should have them remedied quickly. We also ask you to check the windshield pricing because our records show it was $400. If you have a difference, please speak to our Service Manager, Tom Listello. You can reach him at 610-239-2921. We want you to know we appreciate you posting your experience. It has pointed out an area of needed improvement that we need to address. The only way we can improve upon the service we provide for our customers is through feedback like yours. Again, please accept our apologies, and we honestly would like the opportunity to earn back your trust.

Thanks for your response, but it doesn’t rectify me calling a week in advance to set up the appointment. Why was the appointment scheduled if the work couldn’t be done? Why was my car not returned to me for the week vacation? So it’s completely fine for you to schedule repairs two weeks in advance and just have the customer give their car to you to hold on to for two weeks? Absolutely deplorable service and response to a huge issue that should’ve been fixed already. F-
