I got an email that I needed an oil change. It was from carfax. I called the dealership and made a next day appointment for the oil change. I have purchased 4 vehicles from John Sisson Nissan (3 new - 1 used) and will not go back to the dealer again. I have been a loyal customer to the service department. It is my understanding John Sisson no longer owns the dealership and it is a company from Florida. On my recent service trip I told them my AC was not working. They wanted $2800. I wasn't willing to pay that and asked them not to fix it. I took it to a local shop (1st time ever not going to the dealer) I was told the O rings were missing on the evaporator they charged the AC and the total was $169.54. HUGE difference. I am very upset and feel taken advantage of after being a very loyal customer for well over 20 years. More

They had the car for 3.5 months, with no loaner vehicle provided to me. Also, when I FINALLY pick the vehicle up, the bill says they only had 12.65 hours of labor working on the vehicle....FOR 3.5 MONTHS!!!! As a side note, they even managed to order the incorrect parts two months after having possession if the vehicle. More
