Easiest and smoothest car purchase we've had! We arrived to check out the Equinox and had a ton of questions. Andy Hellstrom greeted and helped to get all our questions answered and than some. Even the Finance portion of the transaction was pleasant and quick thanks to Chris' knowledge and skills. This was by far was one of the easiest car purchases we have experienced. Peace of mind came with oil change More than 500 miles from home, we realized we badly needed an oil change. Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John More than 500 miles from home, we realized we badly needed an oil change. Two dealerships in Pocatello, ID were unable to accommodate us, but the John Watson Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah said that if we could arrive by 4 p.m., they would work us in. Arriving with four minutes to spare, we were provided peace of mind with not only the oil change but also a tire rotation. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the services were free of charge, thanks to Chevrolet's policy on servicing new vehicles, effective at all dealerships apparently. Customer service at John Watson Chevrolet was outstanding from start to finish. We highly recommend this dealership. More
