Dropped my 2025 Chevy off on a Thursday for an oil change, which was no charge, and a faulty part on my air conditioning unit (on a new car) and did not receive a call and was told they did not have a change, which was no charge, and a faulty part on my air conditioning unit (on a new car) and did not receive a call and was told they did not have a loaner vehicle for me. I called on Saturday and was told my vehicle was ready but they were closed. Went to pick up my on vehicle Monday and they couldn’t find my paperwork nor my keys. Was told they couldn’t leave a message on my phone but I had two other messages in my voicemail on Friday from others! They finally tracked my paperwork and keys on a Managers desk. Poor communication and a huge inconvenience! More

Very disappointed! Bought vehicle in because it would not pass safety inspection due to engine light.
