On July 16th at 9:11am I setup an appt on July 28th to have my husband's 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 looked at, as it would overheat whenever you sat idle at stop lights etc. I was told to have our vehicle there have my husband's 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 looked at, as it would overheat whenever you sat idle at stop lights etc. I was told to have our vehicle there by 7:30 and to expect it to be there for a couple days. On Sunday the 27th, I received a text reminder that we had an appointment the following day and to have our vehicle there by 8:15. We arrived there at 7:15, of course they were not opened yet, so we waited. My husband took the key into them at 7:30 when they opened. On Tuesday, I still had not heard back from them, so I called at 5:02pm to see what was going on. The service counter guy said, they had not had a chance to look at it and it might get looked at by the end of the week, "SINCE WE DIDN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT". WHAT? I told him, we would be in shortly to pick it up. When we got there, he said he had nothing in the system that showed an appointment for us. I showed him my phone, the text that we received. He said, I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do, since you "DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT". WHAT AGAIN? I just showed you the text. Why in the world would I get a text if we did NOT have an appointment. We definitely will not go back there, and we will never buy a vehicle from them. I even sent them a message asking them to call me back regarding this incident. Crickets. Have not heard a word from anyone. If they would of called and talked to me, I probably would not have written this review. BUT, apparently, they do not care about losing a $2,000 repair sale. We knew what was wrong with the vehicle, because we already had it diagnosed and had already looked up what the cost should have been. Businesses do not care anymore about their customers. I do hope this makes a dent in their bottom line. I want them to suffer, like their customers have to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And the overall rating would be a negative 10, not a 1. More

A there year old would know that's a lie.told them l wanted to use a different financial company and they got mad so l was going to leave so they ran the application through my place it was excepted it but earlier they said only 1 place would except it then l said what if l trade my car in with the deal and they said no you don't want to do that we could only give you 500 for it so I was going to leave again they said we could give 3000 or more for it and it goes on and on. Nick Kropelninicki scanned my Jeep on the 20th and was amazingly helpful, I won't be able to have my jeep serviced there because of my extended warranty but he gave me all the info I needed about what was amazingly helpful, I won't be able to have my jeep serviced there because of my extended warranty but he gave me all the info I needed about what was possibly happening with my Jeep. He printed out my codes and a Star case to give the techs doing the work. After working in customer service for nearly 20 years myself I know how much patience it takes to calm a stressed customer. I will be using this service center for anything I need in the future. Thanks Nick! More
