First time a t a dealership and took almost 2.months I am now bankrupt lazy never called me and was promised everything under the sun and they did non of the above. Underqualified late and hideous looking dealership owner said it would be on lift next day and it didn't see a lift for 5 weeks. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, so I went in to look at a used car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final ag car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final agreed on price and that they would hold the car for a week for me and not have it listed for sale anymore, prompting me to pay an $100 deposit for this. Everything was fine until they called me 2 days before I was supposed to go in and finalize the deal and told me the car was sold a few days ago and that they forgot to “tag” the car... First, I talked to Amy (my sales rep) TWO DAYS prior to this call to touch bases again and she said NOTHING about the car being sold. If the car was sold “a few days ago” why wouldn’t she bring it up when I talked to her literally two days ago. Secondly, when I left the dealership that day after I made the $100 deposit to hold the car, they put a sign in the car that said SOLD as I was leaving. So you’re telling me someone took off the sold sign after I left without consulting anyone and just said F*** it?? I’m 100% they got some dummy to overpay for the car, which is why they cancelled my sale and made a bs excuse, but wow. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DON’T VALUE OR CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Really really bad look. I have a lot of family and friends in the area and will be sure to tell them to steer far away from this place. More
RUDE AND RIP-OFF My car was dead and had to tow it to them as I figured there was issue with battery and might be alternator. First Courtney Knudsen who is service adviser there was very very RUDE and so was the other lady having really short hair I cant recollect her name. Both were not ready to hear my issue and I was requesting them to run system check and both were like we cannot do without good battery and were stuck to their NO. They quoted me $230 to replace the battery. Total rip--off. Wasted my day there. FF next day I went in with new battery, they installed and ran system check and charged me $240. Total rip-off. $240 to run system check. Never again to that place and will never suggest anybody. More
So Very Disappointed! Our Jeep commander has been at Johnson since July! Delays and more delays, they were always waiting on a part. Twice they told us it was fixed it was not! Finally took Service adviser for a ride, she agreed and said we needed a new transfer case. This should have been covered under our power train warranty or the 2nd Lifetime warranty that we purchased. Unfortunately it was not because we did not have the power train inspected in 2017 even though the car was in for warranty service work in 2017. Apparently the sticking point was it needed to be inspected within a 45 day window. Trying to get this resolved with Chrysler, as it is a $4400. repair. Still waiting. Still with out my car! Why is it they can remind me when I need an oil change or wiper fluid but no one ever told me I needed to bring my car back or I would void my warranty? Can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Johnson! More

Was told they MIGHT be able to get it done that day but no promises. They did not call back on Monday. They did not call o n Tuesday. On Wednesday I called them. Was on hold over 5 minutes. Finally had to leave a message as the secretary picked up and stated that no one in Service was available. Waited until mid-afternoon and when they still had not called back - I called them. "oh yes - your car is ready" - no explanation as to why no call. If I had not called back I probably would still be waiting. Time to look for alternatives. You can't treat me like that and expect to keep my business. More

The sales department is kno My husband and I have purchased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from Johnson. We were both diehard GM loyal for more than 20 years. The sales department is knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. Our specific experience was with the service department. We had a couple of lights on and took our Jeep to Johnson for repair. This particular Jeep was high mileage but in excellent condition otherwise. When the problem was diagnosed. It was going to be a very expensive fix. All at the same time, my husband was going in for spine surgery, for the third time and his prognosis was life changing. Long story short. The employees and even Mr. Johnson himself pulled together to make a very stressful situation, a minor issue. I just want to say Johnson Dodge is a top notch place to do business. I will forever be a loyal Johnson Dodge customer. There aren't many of those types around anymore. THANK YOU JOHNSON DODGE!!! More

Fantastic Service I went in to Johnson Dodge for the safety recall issue regarding the side mirrors. While there I also had an oil change done. Great experience. At first I was told it could take some time to finish possibly 2 + hours. I spoke with Vanessa and told her of the time constraints I had and she managed to find a way to get all the work done in less than an hour. Great service with a smile. We all know going into a dealer service department can be a trying experience. My suggestion, go talk to Vanessa. She seems to be able to get things done. More
