Brought our car in for an unexpected visit due to a nail in the tire on 2/11/26. Husband waited several hours to learn replacement not in stock and car kept overnight. Arranged pick up time later—yep told owner that would allow more time to clean the car. Car not cleaned at pickup. I spoke to service manager regarding incident on 2/14. He asked for a day or two to listen to telephone tapes of the conversation between the rep and the owner as car cleanings in this circumstance are atypical. Here we are on March 1, 2026 and I am still waiting for a response from the service manager. Disappointed in lack of follow-through. More

The service and time was great. However there were grease marks on my steering wheel when I picked up my car! I feel this should not have happened as I have previously serviced veh However there were grease marks on my steering wheel when I picked up my car! The sales associate over promised and under delivered after purchase and delivery. They also did the dealership usual of we can’t do any better until I was walking out and they did in fact do better.
