We apologize for these inconveniences regarding your purchase experience. Regarding your navigation system, we were not aware that our aftermarket supplier was no longer producing systems for the Crosstrek. Since you purchased a Limited Edition model with only 1000 produced it was understandable you didn’t want to exchange your vehicle for another model that had navigation. We are looking into why your previous loan was still showing as unpaid as well as reviewing our internal processes regarding getting checks cut in a more timely manner. We hope that your ownership experience of your new Subaru is enjoyable and we truly regret these issues.
