The current manager was very helpful. He has taken over after my van had been at the site for almost 4 months. Prior to that I could not get adequate information. My warranty claim had be He has taken over after my van had been at the site for almost 4 months. Prior to that I could not get adequate information. My warranty claim had been denied for a month before anyone contacted me about it. It was taken there 11/23 and I wasn’t notified that the claim was denied until after I called 1/24. They knew about 12/23. When I appealed the denial and got approval I dropped my van off there 1/30/24, I finally got to pick it up 5/16/24. More
