Don’t service your car here if you didn’t bought the car from Jones Hyundai’s. That’s their official policy. If the car isn’t isn’t brought from Jones, they can only do oil change and drop the car in the ca from Jones Hyundai’s. That’s their official policy. If the car isn’t isn’t brought from Jones, they can only do oil change and drop the car in the car lot which is 10 mins away from where you left the car. Good luck searching the car in the car lot. They have 0 apathy for anyone who bought their car from somewhere else. Apparently they don’t realize that people can also move to new location. Just the worst. Typical cocky car sales bologna. Service department are dishonest . The work is poor . They don't deliver on their promise . I give them 0 out 10 . Run from them . There was a recall on my Tucsan for potential risk of fire which can happen when the vehicles part no running. I spoke to them to find out if my 2019 was one of those affected. Zac in the service department checked the VIN number and told me my vehicle was not on the recall list . I then contacted Hyundai's corporate offices and they said my car was on a list for recall . When I called Jones back later they finally came clean and admitted my vehicle was at risk of catching fire . Asked to speak to Mr Kilby they would not allow it . I will continue to encourage everyone not to do business with any Jones dealerships . More
Took my 2008 Yukon in for service having a possible sticking front caliper. Smelled like brakes overheating. The service manager and service tech put over twenty miles on the truck in an attempt to rep sticking front caliper. Smelled like brakes overheating. After the test drives the service tech checked the operating temperature of all four rotors. Each rotor's temperature was within 3 degrees of the others. The service manager called and explained how they attempted to reproduce the problem without any results. I was then advised I could pickup the truck and he would send a shuttle for a ride back to the dealership. Here's the kicker, I asked the service manager, Jay Kendall, what was the charge for the troubleshooting performed on my truck. NO CHARGE. What else is there to say. More

About an hour later the service RUN... FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! My girlfriend and I took her 2013 Kia Sorento EX to Jones get a front end alignment. About an hour later the service advisor came out and told us that they could not perform the four wheel alignment. Due to the fact that the lower control arms and rear toe arms were rotted. I suspected BS and we left, only paying for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day I took the truck to MR.Tire in Belair for a second opinion. I didn’t tell the service writer what had happened at Jones Junction. About forty five minutes later, I was called to the desk to pick up the truck. The alignment went just fine and I told the guy behind the counter what had transpired at Jones the day before. He just laughed and said it doesn’t surprise me, I get people coming here all the time after getting an estimate from Jones. I’m holding in my hand an estimate from Jones Junction in Bel Air for over $1000 worth of work that is simply not needed. I had heard rumors from people who work in the car business about Jones Junction, about their business practices, this just proved what I was told was true. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
Terrible customer service and repairs are always poorly done I have been there to get my Jeep fixed and every job was done wrong or poorly. Only thing that they do good is change oil. They had to fix a check engine light code on my Jeep and they made 5 different repairs and still got it wrong and the light still came back on every time after a day. Plus they will lie during the buying process. I purchased a Jeep and after I bought the Jeep there was broken glass all in the back of the Jeep. The trunk would not close because of this and they said that I should have looked at the vehicle more carefully before buying it from them. You could hear broken glass inside of the trunk door also when you opened it. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and will never go there again. I feel robbed... More
Never go to this dealer for service. Took my car into the dealer because it was having trouble starting. When I brought it in, I was told that the Ignition Coils and spark plugs needed to Took my car into the dealer because it was having trouble starting. When I brought it in, I was told that the Ignition Coils and spark plugs needed to be replaced. I opted to have the Coils replaced onsite and would have the spark plugs put in later on. I was quoted $100 for each coil, which I thought to be cost plus installation. I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket even thought I have a Lifetime guarantee on engine and parts. I asked the technician if they recommended to replace all 4 ignition coils at the same time. He said no, that only two were malfunctioning and that other two were in excellent condition. When I went to pay for the service I was told my bill would be $400, including a ridiculous $120 charge for 2 hours of labor (even though they only replaced two coils). Upon checking with other mechanics I was told that ignition coils are an easy fix, and can be replaced in under 10 minutes. I asked why I was being charged this much and why it took 2 hours and the response I received was "Well that's how long it took us, and I'm sorry but I already rang you up." No explanation of what was going on or information at all, was just told to pay it. Now it is about a week later and my car won't start again. I have been waiting over 3 hours for Hyundai Roadside assistance to come by to tow my car. I have had several cars from Jones Junction in the past and have always recommended them. Now, I feel as though I have been taken advantage of because I am a woman, and I cannot make a recommendation for this dealership going forward. More
The service team at Bel Air Hyundai are fabulous they are very friendly and helpful. D. Nay is very patient and friendly. I will never go anywhere else for service. Dont go here!!!!I brought my 2010 hyundai genesis in for service because they were close to home.I brought my car in to have the engine light and my tire pressure light serviced.when they first looked at it service because they were close to home.I brought my car in to have the engine light and my tire pressure light serviced.when they first looked at it they said they would not give me a rental because I did not purchase it with them but later said they would because they could bill hyundai for it.They ordered the part and had me return when the part came in.when I returned they gave me a rental that was filthy.they were supposed to only have it 4 hours.Well after 6 they called and saaid they ordered the wrong part.So I kept the rental for 4 more days.after returning the car I had it for about 2 weeks then my tpms sensor for my tire pressure came back on.I went to add air and realized all my valve stems were broke at the threads.I made another appointment and brought my car back.they refused to fix them.they said they could not have done this quote"maybe some crappy shop did this It was not possable" and basicly called me a liar.I stated to them my car was not touched since I brought it to them.I work nights and my car is under video sevalence and I live at a single family home that no one comes near my car all day.They said they didnt even touch my tires.That is an outright lie because remember I brought it in for my tire pressure and I have a reciept.I called hyundai corp. directly to complain about their total disrespect for their coustomers.So hyundai called them direct and they told hyundai that I had after market valve stems?!!!Really!! I bought this car brand new from antwerpin hyundai less then 2 years ago all stock.the tires have less then 27000 miles on them.so how many people do you know that buy a new car and just replace only the valve stems.Total Lie.I am currently now dealing with hyundai corp. and I will never ever deal with jones again.My recomendation is stay as far away from jones as possable.This dealer is one of the larger dealers in md. so they have the big bad attitude that they are allways right and they cover it up with free manicures and cookies.If I would have taken my car somewhere else It would have saved me more money and time.Horrable dealer!!!
