Terrible Experience I opted to have a remote start installed and a protection package added to my new Rogue. I was told that the remote start would take a couple of days I opted to have a remote start installed and a protection package added to my new Rogue. I was told that the remote start would take a couple of days to install, and I should come back on Thursday of the following week (6/12/2014). I had no problems with this, I understand that it takes some time to install these items. I was told to come back on Saturday 06/14/2014 to get me car with my protection package and remote start installed. To my surprise, the person helping me at the time (Nicole Schoer) told me that "She forgot to ask for both keys to install the remote start, so I will need to keep your car until Monday). Extremely irritated, I let her know that was not possible, and we would need to schedule another time. We Scheduled a date of 6/17/2014 for me to drop my car back off. She apologized for the delay and assured me that "we will take of you for the inconvenience when you come back". I understood the mistake, despite my irritation with the issue, and began to drive home. Om my way home, I noticed my driver side mirror had severe scratches on it. I took pictures of the scotches, and called Nicole to let her know of the problem. She informed me she would take a look when I brought the car back Tuesday. I accepted that, and returned Tuesday. As I dropped of my car, she asked if I could leave it there until Thursday 6/19/2014, so that she could be there to personally look at the damage done to the mirror. I agreed, assuming that she was trying to make things right. I returned on Thursday to pick up my car, and the remote start had been installed (finally). when I asked about the mirror, Nicole told me she had to meet another customer, but would have a porter come and look at it. The porter came outside, and tried his best to clean the mirror, but we both knew a replacement was needed. I stayed at the dealer for another 30 minutes tracking down Nicole. I finally found her, and she came out with me to look at the mirror (wouldn't tis have already happened if you wanted to keep my car an extra day to personally oversee the damage?). She told me she will see if they can order the glass, walked back into the dealer, and wished me a good day. I was furious. I got nothing for my inconvenience, time I took from work, or aggravation. This situation was handled terribly, and I have not yet heard anything back about the damage. This will likely be the last new car I buy from Rosen after many previous sales. It is very disappointing to see this type of service being offered to customers. I would like to note that I worked with Matt Wagner on my sale. He is a phenomenal sales person, and I have always looked to him in my previous purchases, If I could rate him alone, It would be all excellent across the board. I hope that Matt gets all the recognition deserved, because he truly is great! More

My dad decided that for his 76th birthday he wanted a new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We contacted Roberto is sales who from the very beginning, with years of sales and customer service experience, turned this into what my dad describes as "the easiest and most relaxing car purchase I have ever made". Now keep in mind that in his 76 years he bought over 8 new cars, so this is definitely not his first rodeo. Roberto's thorough knowledge of the product and his courteous, professional demeanor was very comforting to me and my father. He answered all of our many questions (no matter how many times we asked the same ones- lol), guided us through the option choices, and patiently explained every feature of the vehicle. The quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism of Rosen Nissan is second to none. Our salesman Roberto, Rich Spears in financing, down to the porters and mechanics who prepped the vehicle all performed their jobs flawlessly. It was notable how little pressure to buy that day ( as was the case from no less than three other dealers) was afforded me during my search. Rob spent ample time during the test drives with me and then with my wife as well, taking time to point out specific features, advantages, and benefits of each of the vehicles we tested. We certainly feel that he made our choice an easy one by the time he spent detailing answers to our questions. This was the first time I had leased a car for personal use and as a result had numerous questions. During my visits, and frequent phone conversations Rob was always patient and thorough. I would also commend Sean Liddy who spent time with me on Rob's day off. Though not his sale, he was very happy to help and was most accommodating. In both cases I received all the help I needed to make a decision to lease a new car from Rosen. Gentlemen, thanks ever so much for working with us and helping us choose my wife's new Juke. She loves driving it and feels that she has made the best decision for her needs. I am sure you have heard this before, but we will be most happy to return to Rosen Nissan Gurnee for future needs. I went to Rosen and Sean hooked me up with the exact car I was seeking. He went over every detail of the car and the financing. I drove off in my beautiful new Altima spending less than anticipated and stress free. It's nice to work with an honest dealer who isn't just trying to make a sale. Went to look at a used car. Everything looked good visually, but on the test drive the low oil pressure light came on. I agreed and commented that it may be a huge deal as well and we're not interested. He called back to say the service dept didn't find any codes so it's okay. He then argued that it's okay because there were no codes. This didn't change the fact the light had come on, which may have indicated an actual mechanical problem. Furthermore, we placed a deposit for them to hold the car, which was to be refunded regardless of our decision to purchase. After numerous calls to have them refund the deposit, they actually charged us again. After the second charge they became completely uncooperative. 100% dissatisfied! More
