Paid for a diagnostic test, test done in 45 min. Waited 35 to pay the bill. Approached by service rep, who informed that my car needed wiring done, when I pointed to my car, she then asked why I was Waited 35 to pay the bill. Informed that we “we all look alike” along with other inappropriate comments. Then I found out that the diagnostic test did not even address the main cause of my problem. Why not. Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times to fix a door panel rattle in which they damaged my door panel and then they tried to cover Their service department is a joke. It took them 5 times to fix a door panel rattle in which they damaged my door panel and then they tried to cover it up. the new service manger is incompetent, along with his technicians and just made excuses and even admitted they had an unqualified tech working on it. This is his first time trying to be service manager. Have had electrical issues and GM had to tell them what to fix and even had to order the part for them since they couldn't handle that. They told me my steering issue was air in the fluid which is impossible since its electronic steering there is no fluid. Their service advisors know nothing about cars. The general manger wont call you back neither will Kevin Joyce the owner. I wouldn't recommend buying a car there or even let them wash ur car. There are much better GMC dealers in this area with qualified people to service ur car or sell you one. More

The same day that I had my first oil change and tire rotation I received a $10 online rebate form. The dealer has these forms available. The only thing that would be nice if they had on record my first three years of oil changes and tire rotations in there system. The headliner was fixed according to the memo that you recieved. The rattle that I have been hearing since I owned the car was also eliminated. I was told that both occurences went hand in hand. Wednesday the rattle returned though not as bad but it was there. I am calling tomorrow to make an appointment for Monday to hopefully get rid of the rattle for good. I am very happy with the car except for the rattle. Also I am not happy with the climate control setup. The fan goes to a lower speed before the car is sufficiently cooled or heated. I need help to get both these problems eliminated since I have had them ever since I got the car. The above is why my rating is what it is. More
Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in March 2012. Every time I mentioned something I thought needed to be looked at, they said it had been through service and everything checked out. Since then I've had a front-end alignment, idler bar replaced, spark plugs, wires, and pcv valve replaced, intake manifold replaced, and radiator flushed and a major clog removed that was causing vehicle to overheat. Now, I find out that the front brakes that were new when I purchased the car had been installed incorrectly causing one to destroy the rotor. It's now obvious that Joyce Buick DOES NOT INSPECT their used cars and allows their customers to drive off the lot in an UNSAFE vehicle. I have been unable to get anyone to talk to me regarding the brakes so far. More
