Our family van (Pacifica hybrid) went down while vacationing in the southeast. Had it towed to Jubilee. My service advisor Dylan Miesch was great and more than accommodating. The turn around time wa vacationing in the southeast. Had it towed to Jubilee. My service advisor Dylan Miesch was great and more than accommodating. The turn around time was better than expected and he kept me updated on every step which gave peace of mind I’m grateful for. Upon completion and with me coming from out of town I wasn’t able to get there during business hours on a Saturday. He offered to come back into work and let my car out for me after hours to ensure I could make it back home in time for work the following Monday. I really can’t thank him enough for that, he really went above and beyond and I’m super thankful. Anyway, the experience was great and stress free. Def would recommend! More
