However, upon taking it to a mechanic for a check-up that cost around $90, I discovered that one end of the radiator support was disconnected and bent due to a previous accident, and the back seat's seat belts were not functioning properly. The salesperson, Israel, assured me that he would fix these issues. After a day or two, he contacted me and said that the car was fixed, but I ultimately changed my mind about purchasing it due to the mechanic's warning about the radiator issue causing future problems. Since the holding period was over, I told them they could sell the car. (4/26/2023)When I went to the dealership to collect my deposit, the owner informed me that I would not be receiving it because they had spent $270 to repair the seat belts and radiator support,(They had already sold the car to someone else). The owner was very rude and told me to “f…k off” the store.That was a humiliating experience.I think they are filling their google reviews with fake positive reviews.I now regret not listening to negative reviews about this dealership before going there. Buyer beware! If you buy a vehicle from this dealer, hire a mechanic to check it out first. We bought a vehicle from them in August 2022 and even checked the codes before buying. Everything seemed okay. Two days after we brought the vehicle home, the check engine light came on. Turned out the vehicle had no catalytic converter (it had a straight pipe installed instead), and someone had reset the codes so it would temporarily not be detected. This problem was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase. Either the dealer didn't know--and they should have inspected before selling the vehicle--or they reset the codes themselves to hide the issue. Either way, it was unethical for them to sell it without full disclosure. Also, they didn't have the title at the time of purchase, and it took 6 weeks and repeated phone calls until they finally gave it to us. They have very sketchy business ethics, and I would not buy there again. More

Prompt reply, more than every other dealership I contacted. They will get back to you. Due to lack of financing options offered we were not able to do business. This is a cash only/ take it as it is lot. ( they're not like other dealership and make sure they're putting the vehicle on the lot after making sure it's in the best shape. DON Sanders sold us a van, told us all was working well, hubby saw no issues when he test drove it. But....The DVD player Don goated about doesn't work. (How could we have tested that part out right then?) The windshield washer has a hose detached, and the breaks started making very loud noises. We've called the dealership 2 times now and finally my husband talked to Don and all Don could say is "well, it's a cash only no returns dealership!" And so my husband was given a number to a guy in their repairs department but was basically told the same. To top this whole thing off my husband and I were told that the Van didn't have any of original keys to it UNTIL AFTER WE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. Do not do business with these people. If you do, check. Every. single thing to a T. More
