Three times I dealt with their customer service dept. A two hour service appointed only to have my oil changed and a somewhat carwash Not sure what they did but I know my filters were not changed my fluids not filled and my tires not rotated three thing I requested to have done Valvoline completed it all it less then 30 min. More

I sent an email on Monday 9/14/2020 to see a used Mercedes. I agreed to a VIP appointment for Saturday 9/19/2020 at 11:45am to view the vehicle. My husband took my bmw to install 4 new tires because they had a great sale, and my car drives wonderful. They explained everything to me in detail and when it was time to pay, the invoice was exactly wh they had a great sale, and my car drives wonderful.
