Poor customer sercice at this dealership. I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me ba I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me back or tell me what was oing on. On Friday I had been told they didnt know if they could get it finished, if not it would be finished Saturday. Vemoy was my contact for the service dept and she did a really poor job of telling me the truth. More

Buying a car for my autistic son was very important to me also being a single mother, you can only imagine. I will totally recommend your dealership to everyone even if they are not buying a car.
