Horrible service. This place overcharges and scams. They did an inspection and oil change on my car and said they needed to change the tires. I paid for all the expenses ($900+) and they left the lugnuts lo did an inspection and oil change on my car and said they needed to change the tires. I paid for all the expenses ($900+) and they left the lugnuts loose on my front wheel, causing the loudest noise while driving, and damage to my car. 3 system lights came up on my dashboard as well, shortly after leaving the dealership. I had to then take my car to a different dealership and pay for Jupiter’s mistakes, which were life threatening, considering I drove a 4 hour drive with the loose nuts. Horrible. Will never be returning. Only take your car here if you want them to give you an issue you never showed up with. Will definitely be escalating this issue More

Their advertising is false. They advertise a car for 16,900 for example. Then they tell you in the body of their narrative that there are $1081 in dealer fees to be added on. Additionally, there is a refurbishment fee of several hundred dollars to be paid. That makes their car book out at about $18500, not $16900. I recently sold a car to a dealer. I had to put $1500 in it to resurrect the SYNC system. Do you think I got to add that to the value of the car as refurbishment expense? More
