It sucks. Brought vehicle in for service and I have a coupon for same day rental. However, I was informed that they don't have vehicles yet. Service rep said they haven't completed all the requirements and its a lot of red tape. Ed Napleton Kia has sealed the deal that I will not buy another vehicle from a Napleyon dealership. Don't buy the maintenance plan. More

I figured she would give me an appointment date instead she asked for my keys and told me to relax and the service department would take a look at my car! Great Service at Napleton Service reception was drive-in. Quickly met by Valerie Chrystal who quickly sorted out the car's needs. Can is a year old off lease so I want it looked over pretty carefully. Had a small fix needed to lock/unlock system and a tire that needed a fix. She gave a very accurate estimate of both $ and time and it turned out right on. Turned out the tire had a nail and she presented a photo for the go-ahead. Everything was done for a very reasonable price and now my confidence in the car is greatly enhanced. Valery was a great service advisor and asset to Napleton. I've been through many cars and service experiences over the years and no other service experience was as well done as this one. I will be back. More

When we tooj oyr vehicle to the prebioys location, we were given a loaner vehicle for warranty work. Stay away,. New service staff every time we come in. I have own two Kia and this is the last one. We came just for an oil change and ended up with a new vehicle. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Napleton and I recommended my parents to Napleton and they purchased as well. Our overall experience today was good, as we feel that we "got a good deal". However, to be honest, if it weren't for the manager Bob, we would have walked out before any numbers were discussed. We were on the lot for almost 30 minutes before we were approached, which we then found out there was a meeting. Already feeling frustrated, the salesman that we dealt with does not seem to be very personable. We felt as if he felt that we were wasting his time. Thankfully, Bob the manager came over and discussed with us what we were looking for and discussed our different options for vehicle models. I felt as If the manager was doing the salesman's job for him. After discussing with Bob, it did not take long to get our deal squared away. He was great at recognizing our needs and requests and finding the right vehicle for us, even though it was at another dealership. More
I deal with Napleton Kia since I owned a 2004 Kia Amanti, and have enjoyed having James in Service Dept. take excellent care of my car. He is great! Having made the decision to trade my Amanti, I worked with Angel, your brand new AE! He has amazing customer service, has the confidence and knowledge of his product and explained his excitement with owning his own Kia Forte, the exact vehicle I was looking at. His follow-up tools are above reproach, and even called me after the window tinting was done to make sure I was happy. I have dealt with AE's for 20 years in my television career, and I know what it's like to "be a hero today, and a bum tomorrow". He has the faith in himself to be a success every day, even if a day goes by and he scores a bullet. Afterall, it's all about how you feel about yourself! He's a winner! And Charlie "on the desk" is a riot! He's your Get It Done Guy and will move mountains to satisfy clients! His personality is perfect in that position! Here's to a long and gratifying working relationship between me and my dealership! More
