Where do I start? Went to look at a jeep on a Fri that had caught my eye. An offer was made & I said “no as it was out of my price range”. Another offer was made, again I said “no just please give me my keys” It wasn’t a big deal to get the jeep-I didn’t need it lol. I waited at least another 20 minutes while the salesman spoke with someone else. The salesman & sales manager then came out & said “we’ll get the price down, just drive it home & bring it back tomorrow”. I said no again “just give me my keys please” Finally after another 10 minutes I was allowed to have my keys back. I was beginning to feel like I was being held hostage. I came back on Sat like I had said I would. I asked if they could fix the trim near shifter that looked like it was peeling up. I was told no, it’s not part of the warranty. It wasn’t a big deal so I went ahead with purchase. Over the weekend I emailed the salesman & asked if a certified Jeep would’ve had an oil change prior to being sold (the oil was at 44%). I was told yes. I also asked if they could look at a piece of molding by the seatbelt that was coming up. I was again told yes & just bring it in. So I took it in the following Friday. After the salesman & sales manager looked at the molding & headliner (it looks like a manufacturer defect as it’s not under the trim in a couple of places). I was put in a loaner for the day so as not to detain me & to allow service time to “recertify” the jeep making sure the oil was changed. Finally 4 1/2 days later, I was told I could pick up my jeep. I was told the molding also wasn’t under warranty yet there’s no clip inside of it & none broken off. I asked for my old car back as it’s sitting for sale on the lot. That comment was just brushed aside. So I left in tears very frustrated with the whole situation. When I got home I checked the oil & it said 41%. I asked the salesman if this was changed & he said but of course. I have asked twice for someone above the salesman & sales manager to contact me because I’d think after forking out a $13K down payment.. Someone would make some part of the ordeal right 😡😡 More

Far cry from the days when this was a family owned business. Not a big “review” guy, but since they sent me an email asking for one, here we go. In a nutshell, if the issue with your car isn’t self business. Not a big “review” guy, but since they sent me an email asking for one, here we go. In a nutshell, if the issue with your car isn’t self explanatory, they don’t have the ability or care to diagnose anything. A simple google search can produce 5 different web pages, with consistent issues to check for. Yet Kahlo just hands you your keys, and says have a nice day. Asked to speak with the service manager, to review the issue with my $55k Jeep that only has 15k miles on it. He said he would call me later, because he was on his lunch break. I drive 40k to 50k per year, and have driven Jeeps or Dodges for 25 years. Almost every single oil change and suggested maintenance has been done here, but it matters not to anyone at that dealership. Sad really, but that’s what you get when these family run dealerships get bought out. Another joy of the Covid years, and pretty much every dealership in Noblesville is owned by these guys. Is what it is, but I’m trying somewhere else moving forward. Complete waste of time to try to use them for anything other than oil changes, and they won’t get that gravy from me anymore. More
