This dealer ship is the way all dealerships should handle customer service. They went above and beyond to make things correct with my repairs needed. They are at the top of my list in the near future for all customer service. They went above and beyond to make things correct with my repairs needed. There were several issues including: For the first time ever the diagnostic fee (charged if you don't have the work done) was left on the bill after over 1700 of service. When they called with the original list of issues, they listed three items and costs; these 3 items and the diagnostic fee came in almost 250 short of what they billed me later. Finally, my original complaint/issue of a overheating front wheel, which should first be assumed to be a caliper, was missed. They finished up and returned the vehicle and it nearly caught fire from the same wheel after I drove home. (Fifteen minutes of running cold water on the wheel before it finally stopped smoking). It was returned and they then replaced the faulty caliper. My next issue was when I called in due to the smoking wheel. The first words out of the service coordinators mouth were to deflect ANY blame. This angered me, and I chastised her for not even considering any responsibility on the part of the service department. Finally, I had to escalate the discussion with the service manager, as she didn't want to replace the overheated rotor and brake pads - they were burned, and the steel temper changed by glowing that red hot. She declined because "they are working, so we can't replace them as a warranty problem." I suggested she talk with the dealership management, as I felt it was more of a liability issue then a warranty issue. She called back to inform me the general consensus was that the rotor and pads should, in fact, be replaced. They need to take responsibility when a problem is missed. And they should have assured that my primary complaint was, indeed, corrected the first time around. More
