If you ever interact with people at this location especially in Finance & sales department, you'd be able to see true definition of Professionalism in action. Essan, finance manager at this location, he was swift, knowlagable and had an incredible adaptability understanding clients. His uncanny ability to know what the client wants before they tell him put me in very comfortable position closing a deal, at the end of the day. That place was pretty busy when I walked in; I met with Frank who is an exceptional human being, let alone an incredible sales associate. Frank was able to answer all my questions, showing me around the huge lot they have in Kearny Mesa. After my entire inquisition ended, the vehicle was selected. Now it was time to talk serious money!!! I strapped in for hard & long negotiation. In less than 10 minutes I was introduced with Essan .....conversation started, time flown by fas!! I know now the reason; it was the contentment inside me. Essan's incredible knowledge, his character and his sincerity and flexibility helped me to get the best deal. Over all experience was fantastic, from the first call I got from Veronica in the customer relation department responding to my internet inquiry, all the way to finalizing the deal with Essan the Finance manager was perfect. Amazing Service Since moving to San Diego just 6 weeks ago, I was getting ripped off on prices and cars left and right in the area. I dealt with at least 5 dealers an Since moving to San Diego just 6 weeks ago, I was getting ripped off on prices and cars left and right in the area. I dealt with at least 5 dealers and they ALL were super shady places. One dealer almost stuck me with a vehicle that was severely damaged internally. I was completely fed up with looking and was going to give up. On November 2nd, 2014, Jenni Kendall called me while I was on my way home. I had inquired about a 2012 Honda Civic Si that they listed on cars.com. She told me that they were open (even though it was Sunday) and I could come test drive the car if I wanted. I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. The price for the car was just right (I know dealers have to make some money from cars but others are a bit excessive). Lower than any similar vehicle in the area by about $2,500. I arrived and immediately felt that they could be trusted. All the maintenance records were sitting in the car waiting for me, it was nice and clean, Jenni even knew details about the car to tell me throughout our test drive (even though I am a car enthusiast and know about this car already). I slowly began to trust in dealerships again and I had only been in her presence for about 10 minutes at this point. She let me test drive it for 10-15 minutes and I knew I wanted it. She worked with me on trading in my old car and fought to get her manager to pay off the entire loan for me. Jenni also was very friendly and seemed very genuine during this entire encounter. About an hour later, I was pulling off the lot with my new car, all washed and cleaned. JEnni even helped me carry some of my stuff from my old car to my new one. They even held my old car for an extra day to let me get my sub system out of it. What makes me write this review though, is not just that experience, but the experience AFTER I purchased the car. Since then I have had some small issues with the loan pay off on my old car (which she promptly took care of), low tire pressure (which was fixed 15 minutes after I called and told her about it), and even for additional parts to get installed on my car which she directed me to the proper sources to get it taken care of. Not only did I get a new car from this dealer,I got to meet an amazing sales person who I now consider a friend of mine. I would absolutely buy from this dealer again and I would recommend ANY friend of mine to do the same. There is so much more I could say about this establishment along with its respectful and honest employees, but I'll let you find out for yourself when you visit them. San Diego's best Chevrolet Dealer I stopped into this dealership Thursday morning early 8:15 and the place was empty, the Receptionist asked if I would like to talk to a salesman, I sa I stopped into this dealership Thursday morning early 8:15 and the place was empty, the Receptionist asked if I would like to talk to a salesman, I said yes and 3 minutes later Dennis was introducing himself. I explained I would not be purchasing today, but would be looking to purchase a 2015 SS Sedan in a few months and had some questions about lead time, pricing on the car, and that I wanted to drive a SS Camaro with 6 speed to get a feel for the clutch since they would be similar and I wasn't quite sure if I may prefer the automatic. Dennis was FANTASTIC and I look forward to completing my purchase with him. We got along well, took the Camaro out no problem, no pressure, seemed excited to be working with someone that knew a lot about the SS than he appreciated the information he learned as we talked. At the end of the test drive her brought out the sales manager Brandon, we talked a little about allocation, builds, ordering, time for delivery etc. 30 minutes after I left, Dennis texted to let me know Brandon ordered the model and features that I want and estimated early to mid-may for delivery, and that as we get closer to it arriving they will call me to see if I want to put a deposit on it for first rights of refusal. Overall I was treated with courtesy, respect, and not pushed to talk numbers or payments before seeing a product, as another Chevrolet dealer area had done. It was a trip to the dealer that I actually enjoyed, and look forward to repeating and have no problem recommending Dennis and the team at Jimmy Johnson Chevy to anyone. More
