I like my advisor Ramon. I do have two Ford F-150 pickup trucks that I service at Kearny Mesa Ford , I'm very happy with the service. They're always on time. They'd be great. Great customer service Abraham the Kia Service Advisor was a great. During the time that my car was there getting serviced he was updating me. This dealership booked an appointment with me and then didn’t even diagnose the car until the following day. I have a company car. One time I brought it here, the repairs were way more expensive than I thought they should be but...the company pays for it, so I gave it no mind. Well, the other day, my boss speci repairs were way more expensive than I thought they should be but...the company pays for it, so I gave it no mind. Well, the other day, my boss specific said, that the DMV requires our vehicles to get checked. It's a basic checklist of things. We were told to not spend more than $50 to get this done, as many mechanics do it for $29. I told Alisha, the service rep helping me. She looked at the checklist of things and said, "Oh, all of these things we do for free with the oil change." (I had also told her I wanted an oil change). The grand total was $262, which was utterly ridiculous. I asked them what happened to it being free, and was told "We didn't realize some of the stuff isn't done with the oil change." Okay, well, if one or two of the things weren't, how does that add up to that? I wouldn't spend $92 for an oil change (which is what they charged), when quicky oil change places do them for $45! I specifically wanted all the stuff done, and under the price I was quoted. They're justification is that they called the fleet vehicle people to get confirmation. Yet they didn't know, our boss was given orders, to not spend more than $50 for the checklist of things. Now, when I go back to work (as I did this on my day off), I have to deal with all this, my boss, and our fleet -- which is most definitely going to be asking for a refund, on the wrong price we were quoting. There's something just so disgusting about a dealership trying to take advantage of a company, knowing if it's a "company car" the customer won't complain, as they're not paying out of their pocket. It makes you not trust them, and I certainly don't at this point. More

Un Stinkin Believable how nice these people are. I'm I'm taken back by how well I'm treated at this place. This is the 2nd time I bring my car in for service and this time was better than the last. Shout ou taken back by how well I'm treated at this place. This is the 2nd time I bring my car in for service and this time was better than the last. Shout out to Tony, my service advisor, for being so helpful and presenting me with all my options and never pushy or aggressive like so many other places. If your lucky enough to get Tony your in great hands, but with all honesty everyone at the service station from the mechanics to the advisors are world class. More
Poor customer service I brought my 2015 F-150 in due to the transmission slipping. I explained what occurred when I accelerated. The service professionals kept the truck for over a day before calling to report that they “could not reproduce the sound.” Since they were not able to do that, they did NOTHING to fix it. Geniuses. So the problem continued. I called Humberto to report that the problem continued. He never returned my call. I called today, and he explained that he had bronchitis that evidently affected his ability to pick up the phone, check his voicemails and return calls. Hope he gets prescribed meds for it quickly. The service here has always been poor at best. Always looking out for their bottom line. Certainly the last Ford I’ll ever own, and I’ll never do business at this place again. More

Okay Sevice I clicked "no" to some because they didnt apply as it was my first oil change for my new 2018 Ford F-150 and it was free. I was annoyed that when you I clicked "no" to some because they didnt apply as it was my first oil change for my new 2018 Ford F-150 and it was free. I was annoyed that when you first go in one person checks you in but then you have to wait extra time for your "assigned" service representative - not great when you are in a hurry. I got the call from the assigned service representative asking for the wrong person. So he somehow mixed my information with another customer. He later called and had fixed the issues. When i went to pick up the truck i asked the guy - "how much is the oil change normally?" He said "120 normally but right now its $90, its a great deal." I then asked "what do you get for $120?" He said "oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires and change the sticker" I was like, nothing different than other places for much cheaper. I go to my car and it was washed!!!!! For $120 i would expect to at least get a clean washed car. Don't waste your money there, go somewhere else that will do the same thing for way less. More
