Very poor, we won't be back. I made an appt for 7:30am in the morning and dropped the car off the night before, agreed to the $160 diagnostic (to see why the seat was not moving f I made an appt for 7:30am in the morning and dropped the car off the night before, agreed to the $160 diagnostic (to see why the seat was not moving forward and backward) and was told I would hear from them late morning. I began calling around 2pm. It took 4 calls to finally speak with Nick around 5pm, our service agent. When I asked for the results of the diagnostic test, Nick reluctantly admitted nothing had been done. We decided to pick up the car that night so we went through the trouble to make an appt, drop the car, uber home, go without a car for the day, make calls to even see what the results were and then they did nothing to it. Why make an appointment if the car is going to just sit there all day? We will NOT be back. More

Very impressed today with the service department! I have had mixed feelings about my escape, but I have to admit, these guys really have a great system for checking in for service. The best all around service I've ever seen. In my life. They treat you right! I'm 60 years old, and hard to please, and I can't say enough how professional these people are. More
I had my vehicle serviced a number of times when Tony was a service advisor. He was a fine example of what a service advisor's role is. I explained the symtoms of my truck and he diagnosed the problem and qu a service advisor. He was a fine example of what a service advisor's role is. I explained the symtoms of my truck and he diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. I was so pleased that I was not charged a "diagnostic" fee, that I had additional service done as well. I wish he was still there as I had confidence in his service and level of integrity. More
Had a great experience at Pearson Ford Service Department. My service Advisor was Eric and he was wonderful, very helpful and understanding of my concerns. He took his time to listen to me as I ex Department. My service Advisor was Eric and he was wonderful, very helpful and understanding of my concerns. He took his time to listen to me as I explained the problem with my truck. I also had questions about towing with my truck and I was taken over to John Lynch who was very helpful in explaining my towing questions. I would highly recommend Pearson Ford for Service. More
