I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. The sales dept and managers make you feel comfortable when you are buying a car. No pressure at all. I've had previous cars there for service and have always had terrific experiences. I highly recommend this dealership!

My Review of Keenan Motors:
I sent my E320 for inspection and asked them to check a noise coming from the right front wheel.Chris called me and told me that my front brakes needed to be replaced.They also discoverd My nfront right contol arm was lose and was causing the noise.My car has 37,000 miles on it but is off warranty due to time.I accepeted this and told them to repair the car. When i recived the car back to my astonishment the noise was still present.I called chris and he ashored we the car past inspection and was totaly safe and the had adressed the problem replacing the control arm.A day passed and I asked Chris to please recheck the noise. He called me back later to inform me the noise was coming from the front right wheel bearing and it needed to be replaced.I feel not only was this shoudy work but careless,and unsafe attitude on Keenan motors part.I own a bmw a vw passat, porsche,and a toyota Seqouia. I rely on the dealerships for all servicing I expected a Mercedes dealership to be comparable.I will not use Keenan motors again for service or in purchasing a new car.They show a callous unsafe attitude towards the customer.

My Review of Keenan Motors:
I came with printed offer from another dealer and asked simple question: Can you do better? They have investigated my paper thoroughly, they couldn't provide quotes for the same car, then asked would I buy the car if they do less few bucks, I said no because for few bucks I still go to my first dealer who gave we very good offer in first place and I very much appreciated with the service of the first dealer. As soon as they hear this they almost through me from the dealership and said that they "Do not have price for me" and they can not be for my service .... Keenan Motors Dealer ... No further comments...
