My relationship with Keenan Motors is long-standing, dating back to 1998 when I bought my new Mercedes and I have never had a bad experience there. Pete and everyone there is so pleasant I have never even considered going anywhere else. I love my car and intend to keep coming back to Keenan for a long long time and I would whole-heatedly recommend the dealership to anyone and everyone. Other dealerships could learn a thing of two from Keenan.

My Review of Keenan Motors:
Service was excellent today. I scheduled maintenance for this morning and was taken on time and each person in the service area was courteous and helpful.
Pete made sure that I understood what service was being done today and he would call me with the results of testing for the check engine light.
I had requested that I would like to be able to return by noon to pick up the vehicle.
Pete called with the information and I was able to pick up the vehicle at 11:30AM.
The work was completed oil change, diagnosis, and rear brake pads, and fuel injection cleaning service.
Vehicle was returned to me washed and in good order.
I appreciate the service and attention received on my visits t Keenan Motors as well as when I call with questions and concerns.

My Review of Keenan Motors:
We felt right at home, with our experience at Keenan Motors. The hospitality was as warm as family, we were treated like royalty.
Pete and Louise were very helpful with all questions that we asked, and took care of any need we had. They, even offered us a free lunch at Ihop, which was more than expected, and greatly appreciated !!! They even offered to pick my car up at my home, and bring it back to Keenan, to install the parts that were ordered to complete the vehicle standard which Mercedes stands for. This was beyond a doubt, the most gratifying time my wife and I have ever had, at any car dealership. Kudos to keenan and it's professional staff.

My Review of Keenan Motors:
Tom Haig has developed a service department that is first-class and professional from top to bottom. Dealing with any one of his crew is delightful. Our family has two Benz'. We never consider replacing them with another luxury car simply because we want to continue with the concierge service provided by Keenan. Sometimes they may be a bit too aggressive in recommending maintenance items, but we have never felt that they are dishonest. Meanwhile, they treat us like we are their only customers and that everyone is there just to serve us. Their service is personalized. We have been to other Mercedes service departments over the years. I wouldn't take our cars now anywhere but Keenan..

We have worked with George prior in other purchases. He is respectful to both me and my wife and appears to know all the details about the car we are interested in.

He worked with us to come up with a payment details that made us comfortable and he did not pressure us to make a quick decision.

In addition, he encourage us to take a test drive. He spent a lot of time with us even though it was a Saturday and other people were also working with him to make a purchase.

Evan was an amazing salesman, He was honest, friendly and well meaning. He did a great job and gave me a great price and really took care of us. I , as a female, am often intimidated by car sales men. This entire experience was actually pleasant. I commend him for the amazing warm personality and caring and understanding that he uses in his professional job. My husband tried to convince me to look elsewhere, but I knew after meeting Evan that he would take care of all the needs I had with the car and we could continue to have someone local to take care of our needs in the future. Thanks again for all the hard work (also renata was helpful with our issues with having the money right away) . I was Very impressed with this dealership!

This is actually an overdue rating for Mike. I leased my E350 from Mike and Keenan in July of 2011 after shopping the living daylights out of other dealers, and other cars. I can't say enough how happy I was with the price and his demeanor - no sleaze, all professional, but really down to earth. A gentleman in an industry of creeps,a s far as I am concerned. I liked him so much, I decided to bring my wife back to lease a C Class. Once again, outstanding, but I'll let her tell her story in another rating.

My Review of Keenan Motors:
When my boyfriend and I first went to Kennan Motors in Doylestown, we were concerned with the type of reaction we would get from the salemen due to only being 31 and 32 years old. All of our concerns and worries were eliminated when we met Evan. Evan treated us with respect from the beginning to end, was patient while we wanted to take multiple cars for test drives and was smiling at us while we drove off the lot in our new Mercedes CLS 550. Evan truly knew and understood all of the specifics on every car on the lot. This showed us that not only was he a car man, but he was pepared for any question that we had for him. While we drove off the lot, we were not only smiling because of our amazing purchase, but also because of the service we received. We recommend Kennan motors and Evan Kakos to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz as well as receiving top notch service.
