I usually praise this dealership, but can't on my last visit. I took my 2011 Surburban in for PSI and Emissions. Which went great. I also had them look at a problem with the four wheel drive system. They checked it out and told me there was a bad wire running from the fuse box to the transfer case motor. They replaced the wire and it did not fix the issue. They then informed me it needed an ignition switch. I gave the approval for the repair ($815.00). It did not fix the issue either. They put in a request to GM for advice. GM had them pin some wiring and told me I needed another wire ran. I would not have a problem with this however they wanted another $800.00 to run a wire through the firewall. I installed an after market back up camera on this truck which requires a wire to go from the rear of the truck through the firewall it took less than an hour. I know labor rates are high but really? They did take the ignition off and charged me the original quote of $815.00. However, I paid over $700 in labor and still have no four wheel drive. More
