i owned 3 vehicles at the same time that have been serviced in ken barrett collision and service centers multiple times, when it came time to purchase a certified used vehicle from ken barrett i trade serviced in ken barrett collision and service centers multiple times, when it came time to purchase a certified used vehicle from ken barrett i traded 2 of those vehicles in, one which holds a high value but they gave me very low trade in value for both, they made money off these vehicles in their service and collision departments and made money off the sale of the certified used vehicle i purchased and made money off the trade ins, certified inspection costed me money for them to sell the me a reliable vehicle that they should have done to insure the sale of a reliable vehicle, why do i pay to purchase a certified reliable vehicle? to me certified used warranty is useless as i paid for it and they also tried to sell me an extended warranty for an additiona $3,000.00, they replaced the chipped windshied on the certified used vehicle and i had them clean the dirty engine and engine compartment they didn't notice during certified inspection and the rear window sprayer hose was off and was spraying inside rear lift hatch and soaking the inner hatch lining which they did repair but also missed that during certified inspection, so what else did they miss during the 172 point certified inspection? they just try to squeeze every penny they can get from you More
