Our salesman Joe Corwin was fabulous, HOWEVER, when we came to pick up our new GMC 2500 Ultimate we were so disgusted and almost cancelled the entire deal. I would like to give this review a 1 star but do not want it to reflect on our salesmen. We were in no hurry and the dealership knew this, the truck was absolutely filthy! Mud on the tires & rims, windows were dirty inside & out, the truck had dirt from top to bottom, compound from several scratch removal was on the trim from sloppy work, glue from assembly in the interior. Honestly we do not believe the truck was ever washed. If this is how this dealership delivers a 100K vehicle the auto industry is in serious trouble. The excuse that we were given by multiple salesmen and the used vehicle manager was the detailer is 18, if this is the case he has not been given any training or he needs to find another job. I purchased a certified used Buick Envision car vehicle LRBFXCSA5LD084244 and When I attempted to use the emergency key in the FOB to open the driver side door with a dead battery, it was not the correct k LRBFXCSA5LD084244 and When I attempted to use the emergency key in the FOB to open the driver side door with a dead battery, it was not the correct key. I attempted to contact this dealer; they did not respond to my more than 4 calls to attempt to resolve this problem. I went to another dealer, and they cut a correct key for $128.57. Apparently, Ken Ganley Buick Sandusky did not perform all of the requirements for this vehicle to be listed as a "CERTIFIED USED CAR ACCORDING TO GENERAL MOTERS". I made a complaint with GM Customer assistance under case number 85016744 and they just did nothing as well. It is apparent that Ken Ganley Sandusky Buick does not care about it customers. More
