I went today to get my oil change done. I was so surprised when it was ready to find out I didn’t even had a charge! And I found out my first two oil changes were free! If I could give a zero I would. The manager was so nice the first time I came with my husband but the next week I came without him and it was a terrible experience. I was so uncomfo The manager was so nice the first time I came with my husband but the next week I came without him and it was a terrible experience. I was so uncomfortable and he was rude and very condescending. I love my vehicle but I will never go back especially with how they treat customers. You guys send out papers offering all these deals and when people come in to see about it your manager treats them terribly. Once my husband showed up,cause I was uncomfortable, he never came back out of his office.have to tried to get a hold of owner to let them know my experience was terrible but had no luck 🤷♀️ More
