Get a 2nd opinion when it comes to their service department Took my VW in to figure out the cause of a warning light on the dashboard. After not finding the root cause after the first scan, they re-scanned and came up with $4K worth of work my car needed... Everyone from the customer service rep to the guy who drove my car back to me must have been in on the act: telling me they left the car running so it would actually start again, asking me if i wanted to be followed home to be sure i got there etc. Found Avon Imports Auto Clinic and drove my car there the next day (it ran fine). It was a $90 fuse. Told me my car ran beautifully. More

I had an appointment to do a diagnosis on my car and he pushed my car back and put other cars ahead of me. Then I spoke with Michael who is the manager and said he would be dealing with me and working with me and he has not contacted me since. They had my car for a week no apology or anything. Then today they call me at 4:45 and say to say my car is done and they close at 5pm ... Very disrespectful and no class More

My car had a major unrepairable engine problem that I was really concerned about because I still owed quite a bit on the car and was worried about what I could do. Ganley came through big time and was able to roll my negative equity into a great leasing option that I hadn't even considered before. Margarit in the service department, Darren as our salesman, and Adrianne as the finance agent were all wonderful and exemplary in not only easing my previous vehicle burden but also producing a great solution and putting me in a great car. I look forward to driving my 2018 Passat for the next 4 years and beyond, and coming back to Ganley VW in the future. More
Don't come here for anything warranty related! Lied, denied, and abused I contacted Ganley after learning from Volkswagen national that it was the closest Volkswagen designated repair station for Winnebago Rialtas. The p I contacted Ganley after learning from Volkswagen national that it was the closest Volkswagen designated repair station for Winnebago Rialtas. The person who answered the phone assured me that Ganley could do the work. I dropped the Rialta off on a Sunday as instructed, driving nearly 2 hours, with my ride home following me. I was contacted Monday morning by Mike. He said no one there "remembered" telling me Ganley could do the work. I told him what I was told, and he repeated that no one there said that. Huh. Like I'd drive a total of 4 hours on a whim? I asked what their hours were so I could pick it up after work. He said the late hours were Thursday. I said I would pick it up then. Wednesday early afternoon I get a call, asking when I am going to get it out of there. "It's big, and it takes up too much space" (the Rialta fits in a car parking space). I said, on Thursday, like I said before. He said, well, I talk to so many people. Throughout, I was treated as an annoyance and inconvenience. Mike was neither apologetic nor gracious. No compensation was offered for my time, gas, and due diligence which Ganley staff made irrelevant. I have disposable income and I will NOT be spending any of it at any of the Ganley properties. More

When I got there, the parts department doubled checked what I needed to make sure I had everything I needed, then gave me helpful advice on installation. Friendly and courteous.
